EXCHANGE POLICY:

If the customer has ordered the wrong size by mistake:

The customer must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in sealed packaging to be eligible for exchange.
The product must be shipped back to us by the customer and must share tracking details for the same.
The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost, paid in advance.
Not applicable on Sale items / Bundle Packs / Combo Packs.

For other exchange requests, exchanges are only accepted if:

A wrong product, size, or color was shipped from our warehouse.
Product was damaged upon arrival.
Outer packaging is sealed.
The customer must raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.

In case of Refund, the product will get picked up from your address. Refunds will be initiated within 5 days once the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check. Refunds will be processed via UPI, Credit Card, or Store Credit.

Packaging is opened.
Request is made after 2 days.
The item was purchased on discount or as a part of a bundle/ combo pack.
