EXCHANGE POLICY:
If the customer has ordered the wrong size by mistake:
- The customer must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in sealed packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- The product must be shipped back to us by the customer and must share tracking details for the same.
- The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost, paid in advance.
- Not applicable on Sale items / Bundle Packs / Combo Packs.
For other exchange requests, exchanges are only accepted if:
- A wrong product, size, or color was shipped from our warehouse.
- Product was damaged upon arrival.
- Outer packaging is sealed.
- The customer must raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds Are Only Accepted If :
- A wrong product, size, or color was shipped from our warehouse.
- Product was damaged upon arrival.
- A part of your order is missing.
- Outer product packaging is sealed.
- The customer must raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.
In case of Refund, the product will get picked up from your address. Refunds will be initiated within 5 days once the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check. Refunds will be processed via UPI, Credit Card, or Store Credit.
Returns/Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- The product is used, worn, or washed.
- Packaging is opened.
- Request is made after 2 days.
- The item was purchased on discount or as a part of a bundle/ combo pack.
- Panties, Shapewear and Accessories are not eligible for returns/exchange for hygiene reasons.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully fulfilled (i.e., packed and dispatched).
- If you wish to cancel before fulfillment, you may send a cancellation request to our customer care team.
- If the cancellation is possible, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be applicable and deducted from your refund (if any).
- Chestory reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the order status at the time of the request.
REFUND/ EXCHANGE PROCESS:
To initiate a return/exchange (if eligible), contact us with:

- Delivery address
- Photo of the items you wish to exchange
- An unboxing video must be shared, incase of missing/ damaged items.
