Return & Refund Policy

 

At Chestory, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

If the customer has ordered the wrong size by mistake:
  • The customer must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in sealed packaging to be eligible for exchange.
  • The product must be shipped back to us by the customer and must share tracking details for the same.
  • The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping cost, paid in advance.
  • Not applicable on Sale items /  Bundle Packs / Combo Packs.

 

For other exchange requests, exchanges are only accepted if:
  • wrong product, size, or color was shipped from our warehouse.
  • Product was damaged upon arrival.
  • Outer packaging is sealed.
  • The customer must raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY:

 

Refunds Are Only Accepted If :
  • wrong product, size, or color was shipped from our warehouse.
  • Product was damaged upon arrival.
  • A part of your order is missing.
  • Outer product packaging is sealed.
  • The customer must raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.

In case of Refund, the product will get picked up from your address. Refunds will be initiated within 5 days once the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check. Refunds will be processed via UPI, Credit Card, or Store Credit. 

 

Returns/Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If: 
  • The product is used, worn, or washed.
  • Packaging is opened.
  • Request is made after 2 days.
  • The item was purchased on discount or as a part of a bundle/ combo pack.
  • Panties, Shapewear and Accessories are not eligible for returns/exchange for hygiene reasons.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully fulfilled (i.e., packed and dispatched).
  • If you wish to cancel before fulfillment, you may send a cancellation request to our customer care team.
  • If the cancellation is possible, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be applicable and deducted from your refund (if any).
  • Chestory reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the order status at the time of the request.

 

REFUND/ EXCHANGE PROCESS:

 

To initiate a return/exchange (if eligible), contact us with:
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Photo of the items you wish to exchange
  • An unboxing video must be shared, incase of missing/ damaged items.
